Shopping Basics

At Zenithfashion.ca, you can shop as a GUEST or as a REGISTERED customer.

Registering is easy. We’ll only request the essential information required to manage your purchase.

In the registration form you will find format examples that will help you when entering certain information, such as your telephone number.
Your registration data and order information will always be available. Just log in to your account if you are a registered customer, or click on the link we sent you in your confirmation email if you are a guest customer.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the purchase information.
Remember, you can’t cancel or modify you order if it has progressed to an advanced preparation status.

You can view items you have selected for purchase, order a gift card, and change or delete the number of items on your order all from your shopping cart.

Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, we will notify you in this section.

You can use the WISHLIST to save and easily view your favorite items.
Here’s how it works, it’s simple: whenever you click on the WISHLIST symbol, you add that item to your list. From your list you can remove items whenever you like using the ‘edit’ option. To complete a purchase, just click on the product and follow the regular steps. Gift cards can’t be added to the WISHLIST.
There is a maximum of 100 items allowed on your WISHLIST to ensure it works correctly.

Remember, you may only use the WISHLIST if you are a registered customer, and the WISHLIST cannot guarantee stock availability of the products.

All our items display the same prices, whether in our physical stores or on the website.

If there is a price difference between those found online and those marked on garment tickets, the correct price will be shown at the time of purchase.

Please keep in mind we do not adjust prices for items whose original prices may have been reduced.

For online purchases made at any of our stores with an IPOD, you may pay online on the actual iPod or at the in-store register, where you can use the same payment options available for purchases made in physical stores.

Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited parcel within 2 business days and you can expect to receive them within 3 – 7 business days.

  • Free local pick up is available at our address in Kanata.

We will let you know when your order is ready for pick up. We put your items aside for you as soon as possible but orders that come in over the weekend may not be processed and ready for pick up until Monday.

%100 customer satisfaction is our priority. If it doesn’t fit or feel like you hoped, please return it for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

To return your product, customer should mail your product to: 32 Torbec Ave, Kanata, ON K2T0B6 Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item. If customer receive a refund, any shipping cost paid by seller will be deducted from customer’s refund.
We will only accept returns on unworn, unused items, in original condition with tags attached. We will not issue a refund for items that have been damaged by strong scents such as body odor, perfume or smoke.

We do not offer exchanges but you are welcome to order the item you want and we will refund you for your original purchase once we receive it.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or a quality concern arises for you, please send us an email describing the problem and include a photo. We will discuss how we can best remedy the situation.
